Animal Farm: A Fairy Story
This typography-focused publication is a contemporary interpretation of the first and last chapter’s of George Orwell’s 1945 allegorical novel, Animal Farm. The spiral-bound print publication explores the cyclical nature of revolutions, and features my custom typeface inspired by imagery of 20th century farm gates.
This project was developed for third year Visual Communication students as a response to the 2023 design brief 'Open-Close' created by the International Society of Typographic Designers (ISTD).
